Hi! My name is Rebekkah Ferguson, and I have been teaching at Jefferson for 7 years. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education (2018), a Master's in Reading Intervention (2020), and an ESL certification (2024). I have been married for 11 years and in May of 2024 gave birth to our first child, Ainsley. I love spending time outdoors, curling up with a good book, and enjoying a big bowl of chili while watching a football game (Go Razorbacks!) I think Jefferson is the best place to be and couldn't be more proud to be a part of this school!

Ms. Spencer graduated with bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She then completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program at University of Central Arkansas. She’s certified to K-6th grades, as well as grades 4-8 in Math, Science, and ELA.

Caitlin taught 5th grade at Chenal Elementary (PCSSD) for eight years, and then went on to be a Math Specialist at Clinton Elementary (PCSSD).
