fifth grade

Ms. Cooper is certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, ESL, and Educational Leadership. She taught in NLRSD for seven years and is now in her third year at Jefferson. Outside of school, she also enjoys working as a hairstylist after hours and on weekends.

Ms. Cooper's birthday is July 4. She loves The Fold, Chuys, Chick-Fil-A and Heights Taco.  Sprite Zero, Starbursts, Skittles, and milk chocolate are some of her favorites. Gift card ideas are Buff City Soaps, Amazon and Target. 

Ms. Cooper enjoys going to the lake, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and reading. She has two dogs, Maggie and Paisley, as well as a cat named Chandler! 

Ms. Cooper is already feeling the love and support from other staff and parents during her first year at Jefferson. She is excited to be in a great place to learn and grow!

Ms. Spencer graduated with bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas. She then completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program at University of Central Arkansas. She’s certified to K-6th grades, as well as grades 4-8 in Math, Science, and ELA.

Caitlin taught 5th grade at Chenal Elementary (PCSSD) for eight years, and then went on to be a Math Specialist at Clinton Elementary (PCSSD).

Some of Ms. Spencer's favorite restaurants are Camp Taco, Big Orange, 7 Brew, and Chick-Fil-A. She loves La Croix, Diet Coke and chocolate chip cookies. Ms. Spencer's birthday is June 9. Gift card ideas are Target, Amazon, H&M, and Trader Joes. 

In her spare time, Ms. Spencer enjoys gardening, reading, decorating/interior design, and learning to code!
