Mrs. Durham joined Jefferson in 2019. She enjoys traveling, taking trips to the beach or the mountains. She likes to write and read spiritual books, though her favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird.

Mrs. Giles began teaching at Jefferson in 2021. She has a Bachelor's degree in musical theatre from Elon University and a Master's of Art in teaching from UGA. She loves reading and theatre and lives with her husband, Richmond, and their two dogs Tilley and Maziel.

Mrs. Becton has a B.S. in early childhood education from UALR, and came to Jefferson in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children. She also loves arts and crafts, and going to the lake. 

Mrs. Cooper has a Master's in Early Childhood Education from UALR. She is certified in Early Childhood Education and Reading. This is her 32nd year of teaching in the Little Rock School District and came to Jefferson in 1990. 

Ms. Matthews has a B.S.E. from Southern Arkansas University and a Master's in Reading from UALR. Ms.  Matthews holds a National Board Certification in literacy and certification in dyslexia therapy.  She has been a teacher at Jefferson since 2001.

Ms. Cucciare began teaching at Jefferson in 2020. She holds a Bachelor's  degree from California State University, Northridge and a Master's  degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages  from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She  lives with her husband and two sons, one dog, one cat and one goldfish!

Mrs. Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Elementary Education from UALR and a Master's in Educational Theory and Practice from ASU. She is certified to teach Pre-K through fourth grades, and also art! Mrs. Martin enjoys spending time with her husband, Scotty, and their daughter, Sadie.

Mrs. Feingold has a B.S.E. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also has 12 credit hours of Masters work. She is certified in 1st-6th and came to Jefferson in 1998.

Ms. Jones is in her first year at Jefferson.

Ms. Adams began teaching at Jefferson in 2021, though she was first here as a student teacher in 2019. She has  Bachelor's degree in elementary education. 

Ms. Cyrus came to Jefferson in 2019. She has a Bachelors degree in elemetary education from UALR. She enjoys reading and ice skating and spending time with her dog, Sox. One of her favorite authors is Patricia Polacco.

  Ms. Rose has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and  Masters in Gifted and Talented from ASU. She came to Jefferson in 2017.

Ms. Sartor has a Bachelor's degree from UALR, and came to Jefferson in 2018.
Fun fact: her mother taught at Jefferson, too. She loves to fly fish, travel, and watch/attend Razorback football.

Ms. Beranek has a B.A. from Harding University. She is certified in Early Childhood Education as well as Pre-K to 4th. She holds the following certifications: M.S. Social Studies 5th-8th, Elementary K-6th, English as a Second Language Pre-K to 12. She came to Jefferson in 2010. 

Ms. Terry has a B.S.E. from the University of Arkansas. She is certified in K-6 as well as Middle School Social Studies and English, and came to Jefferson "with the bricks!"

Mrs. Doerpinghaus began teaching at Jefferson in 2021. She hs Bachelor's degrees in K-6 education and ESL from UALR. She enjoys reading, traveling and going to concerts. 

Ms. Ferguson has a Bachelor's of Elementary Education from UALR, and  came to Jefferson in 2018 after student teaching at the school the  previous year. 

Ms. Lauer teaches kindergarten through second grade special  education. Ms. Lauer has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from UCA and a  Master's degree in special education. 

Ms. Cazort has a degree in Collaborative Education from Birmingham - Southern. She joined Jefferson in 2018.
